Operational model

Our operational model covers mainly the following aspects:

  • Scope of work within the company and at each individual site,
  • Site due diligence before finalizing a service level agreement,
  • Adherence to contract terms and conditions with clients,
  • Confidentiality,
  • Strike action,
  • Staff supervision,
  • Performance evaluation and monitoring services,
  • Reporting of incidents and weekly reports,
  • Preparation of monthly management reports, and
  • Contingency / emergency control procedure.

In order to comply with our clients’ service level agreements, the company always appoints a site manager and competent supervisors responsible for all tasks and duties to be performed on site to meet clients’ satisfaction. The site manager must be fully familiar with the terms and conditions of each contract and must have the ability and skills to communicate and relate them at a high level to the client and to all his subordinates on site.

  • The company has 05 vehicles and also has rental agreements to rent additional vehicles if required
  • The company has 5 (five) radio control centers

We have 3 Branch offices in South Africa (i.e. Mpumalanga, Freestate, and Gauteng

  • Our Head office has all the facilities and is based in Nelspruit

Radio control centers

We have fully functional control centres in the following areas:

  • Witbank
  • Nelspruit
  • Gauteng

We will establish control centres in all areas where our services will be required in terms of the contract.

Competitive advantage

Our main advantage over many of our competitors resides primarily in the quality of service that we provide to the market. This keeps us up in tune with more deals coming in the market. Another factor is that we are quite able to fund the roll out of new contracts; this gives the confidence to new clients to deal with us. We also have an open communication policy with all our clients and the positive participative attitude of our employees is a plus.

Beside the above factors, our company is a BEE company which is making a significant contribution to the advancement of previously disadvantaged communities in South Africa.

  • We have Multi Risk Liability Insurance for Security Industry for R 5 Million. The Company will increase the Cover if the need arises
  • We are U.I.F and Workmens Compensation Fund Accredited.
  • Beside the above accreditations, we are still working to acquire the ISO 9000 and 14000 accreditations.

Staff training and screening

In terms of training, all our security personnel have undergone training and are registered with PSIRA. The company is recruiting well trained security officers, highly experienced, and who are frequently undergoing regular monthly training on a rotating system with Security Training Accredited institutions recognised by the PSIRA.

 

Above all, the company is operating in accordance with the standard stipulated rules and regulations as determined by the PSIRA, the National Department of Safety and Security and the Department of Labour respectively from time to time.

In terms of screening, the company is conducting security officers screening through P.S.I.R.A and S.A.P.S. (South African Police Services) before employing them. This exercise enables us to recruit or employ security officers free from criminal activities as PSIRA and the S.A.P.S. is the only official bodies authorized in dealing with this aspect.  Any previous attendance of a recognized and accredited Security Training institutions will also be verified.

Staff recruitment

  • Regarding staff recruitment our company places a strong emphasis on the following aspects:
    • For a Day and Night Shift there is 1x Reliever ( 1x reliever for every 2x Employees)
    • Suitable relevant educational standard and experience;
    • Appropriate age;
    • Physical fitness;
    • Promotional and motivational aspects;
    • Registration with SIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority);
    • Security clearances. (SAPS);
    • Possession of Security Training Certificates;
    • Employees must be literate and computer literacy is an advantage;
    • Employees must be able to write and communicate in English / Afrikaans and any other official languages commonly used in the area of operations;
    • Management and supervisors must be able to read, write English or Afrikaans and understands mathematical figures and must be computer literate;
    • All staff is uniformed in line with the image of our clients (if required).
    • All staff should undergo induction and refresher training programs;
    • Staff will be provided with transport and accommodation next to the sites.
